Corps Readies for 2010 San Antonio Fiesta Share Share / Bookmark

Fiesta

Starting April 16, 2010 and lasting through April 25, 2010, The United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps will head south to Texas for their annual trip to San Antonio Fiesta. As one of the fife and drum corps’ favorite community outreach trips, they participate in the city’s famous Fiesta celebration as well as playing for wounded warriors at Fort Sam Houston and local schools.

The Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps is pleased to announce the following events, and if you’re in the San Antonio region, we hope to see you there!

This year the Fife and Drum Corps celebrates their 50th Anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, the unit has minted a special anniversary lapel pin. Please be sure to ask anyone of our members for one during Fiesta for your own little piece of Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps history!
